Why do Rotary members stay involved in Rotary? For many reasons! Recently we asked members of Hood River Rotary. Here is what past president Tanner Hall had to say:

What do you do for a profession and with what company? 

I invest in, develop and help people buy and sell real estate with Windermere Real Estate Columbia River Gorge 

Why did you join Rotary? 

I joined Rotary to expand my network and fellowship with community leaders and business professionals in the Gorge. 

What makes you stay in Rotary? 

Rotary has provided an immense amount of personal growth. It has given me a community of stand-up citizens that I can rely on and a place to continually press myself to do and become better.  

What is your most memorable Rotary moment?

There have been a lot of amazing moments in Rotary, it is hard to define one as the most memorable, but the one that sticks in my head, and it could be because it is so recent is the vulnerability and outcry for help shown by our current president Maui in the midst of the tragedy that has happen in Lahaina.
